ACEO Original Watercolour Landscape Painting – Spring Forest Scene, France 3.5x2.5" (No.209)

This artwork was lovingly created by Frances. It is a trading card-size piece (3.5 in x 2.5 in) that comes unframed on 300gsm cold-pressed paper and created using watercolour, pen & ink and Derwent colour pencils.

It is listed as no. 209, comes with a certificate of authenticity and is signed on the back with details of the artwork.

Frances lives with her French husband and four children overlooking a verdant valley, with views of the Montagne Noire (Black Mountains) and the Pyrenees. 

This particular artwork is inspired by the Lac de Saint-Ferréol in a town called Revel, near where she lives. Having visited hundreds of times, the lake-side forest of towering trees with the sun peeping through are among some of her most treasured memories of life in France.
